Family Meat Market is a butcher shop located in Monterrey where there is a great culture around grilling and outdoor living.

Monterrey is a city located in the north of Mexico that is known for being home to hard-working and highly productive people who often spend little time enjoying themselves. Family Meat Market knows its people, and that is why it offers products that encourage enjoyment and socializing. It reminds us that family, friends and what happens around the table is the most delicious thing in life.

Andrey, our client, approached VVORKROOM to develop the Brand Strategy, Branding and Interior Design for his store. But we must say that much of the brand’s personality is inspired by him, the passion with which he works, the attention to detail, his organization and friendliness are values that permeate the culture of his brand.

We created an emblem by joining the two M’s of “Meat Market” and the shape of a grill. This emblem also refers us to fire, to firewood, even to a gas stove. The typography of the logo, as well as all the copy has a play with the use of italics. We made different lists, as if it were a shopping list, what can’t be missing in an event, and we put in italics those things that money can’t buy, for example: Friends, Family, Happiness… That’s why in the logotype the word “Family” is also in italics. The slogan “Todos somos familia” that means: – We all are family – tells us about those times when friends become family, something that happens very often, especially when cooking together.

Apart from retail packaging solutions, we also created a series of merchandising items and products that are sold inside the store.
