DESOLAS is a mezcal inspired by the land, tradition, memories, and above all, the sun, an ethos that has guided its evolution and the ongoing creative collaboration with VVORKROOM.

Since the creation of DESOLAS Blanco, we have been working closely, witnessing the brand grow, mature, and evolve, always guided by a shared vision rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.

Building upon the foundations of the Blanco, DESOLAS Reposado and Añejo mark a new chapter in the brand’s story. These aged expressions deepen the connection between spirit, land, and time.

Rested and refined in carefully selected barrels, they reveal greater complexity and nuance, where patience becomes an essential ingredient and flavor unfolds with intention.

The design follows the same philosophy. The central illustration was first developed by hand, allowing gesture, imperfection, and intuition to shape the visual language. It was later translated into vectors, and then ceramic, exploring texture, volume, and materiality as a natural extension of the concept. From the earliest sketches to final production, the process was closely supervised to ensure every detail remained aligned with the original vision.

Inspired by sacred journeys, spiritual guides, and the birth of the sun, the visual system draws from Mexican contemporary sculpture, pre-Hispanic references, and the reinterpretation of San Luis Potosí landscape, where the mezcal is made.

Tradition and modernity coexist in constant dialogue, resulting in objects that feel timeless, grounded, and quietly powerful.

These new expressions, more mature and complex, both in flavor and in design, are a reflection of the evolution of DESOLAS itself, and of the creative partnership behind it.
